郑亦斌，男，新华学院特聘教授，于1988年在中国广州市中山大学获电子与信息系统学士学位，于1992年在美国纽约州立大学巴法罗（Buffalo）分校获物理学硕士和博士学位， 以及于1996年在美国普度（Purdue）大学*)获电气与计算机工程博士学位。从1996年7月到2000年8月，他在美国通用电气（GE）公司的研究开发中心**)任高级工程师，其间他获得系列主管表彰和奖励，包括声望很高的杜斯文（Dushman）奖(1999)。自2000年8月起, 他在弗吉尼亚（Virgina）大学电气与计算机工程系任教。他的研究兴趣包括统计信息处理、计算机图像特别是医学图像处理，以及高性能科学计算。郑亦斌博士已在期刊和专业会议上发表超过30篇论文，专著1章，并获得了或审核中的8项专利。他是美国电气和电子工程师协会（IEEE）的高级成员，被收录入2000年出版的第18版马奎斯（Marquis）《Who’s Who in the World》。
